Notable career highlights include building and selling four corporations, co-founding the American Policyholder Association, being voted Iowa Businessman of the Year in 2002, and achieving significant milestones such as contracting over 7,200 projects without appraisal or litigation, closed over $100 million in Florida HOA roof contracts in 2020. I’m also heavily involved with merger and acquisition for the past 10 years and have access to multiple financial platforms and multiple exit strategies.Â
